21. Dispute Resolution

22. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. TallOak Group Ltd’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any particular breach will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the TallOak Group Ltd Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by TallOak Group Ltd on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and TallOak Group Ltd concerning your use of the website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter. No oral or written information or advice provided by TallOak Group Ltd or its representatives shall create any warranty or otherwise alter the scope of these Terms.

24. Contact Information

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding these Terms & Conditions, the TallOak Group Ltd Privacy Policy, or the handling of your personal data, please contact TallOak Group Ltd through the contact information provided on this website. TallOak Group Ltd aims to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. For legal notices, please clearly indicate the nature of the matter in your communication.

25. Advice, estimates and savings

Advice, reports and recommendations depend on the property information and documents you provide, the stated assumptions, and observations made within the agreed scope. You must provide accurate and complete information and tell us about any changes to it.

Running-cost, savings and payback figures are indicative estimates, not guaranteed predictions or promises of financial results. Actual outcomes vary with tariffs, usage, occupancy, property condition, equipment performance, installation and maintenance. Failure to reach an estimate alone does not establish a breach or an entitlement to compensation. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligation to exercise reasonable care and skill, your statutory remedies, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These safeguards apply despite any conflicting existing website disclaimer; nothing here is a blanket waiver or prohibition on claims.

26. Project pricing, payments and stages

Website prices, informal estimates and proposals are indicative until the scope, fixed price and payment schedule have been agreed in writing and signed by both you and TallOak Group Ltd. A price signed by both parties is fixed for the agreed scope. Additions or changes require a further written agreement signed by both parties; neither party may change the agreed price unilaterally. Any agreed deposit is payable in accordance with the signed payment schedule.

Payment for goods is due on delivery directly to your home or site. Payment for completed-work stages is due within 15 calendar days after both completion of that stage and its handover.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods, defective or incomplete work, and disputed amounts are preserved. Once the goods and completed work for a stage have been fully paid, you may pause between stages without penalty or an obligation to proceed, and resume by agreeing the next stage. This is a pause between stages, not a rule about cancelling work mid-stage, and does not waive any statutory cooling-off rights.

Signed project agreements govern their agreed scope, price and payment schedule, subject to mandatory law. For those matters, these clauses take precedence over any inconsistent generic website provisions.

Reminder: seek legal review for project-specific arrangements; this wording does not imply solicitor approval or comprehensive protection.
